I just read that Sylars ability is apparently the same as Peters and that he can absorb abilities without having the cut peoples heads open and examine their brain. What this means for Sylar, I dont know...but episode 8 is supposed to be a flashback episode where we see Sylar get provoked in being the killer we first saw him as.
WHAT!? So silver is just a cold blooded killer? And what about when peter killed future sylar wasn't that because of the hunger or something ?
Spoiler It was to gain his power of Intuitive Aptitude which carries the burden of the hunger but I guess its possible that Sylar actually got this ability from someone else and he didnt know about it until later on
Sad that we have to wait two weeks for the next episode. In any case, after this next one, Heroes will have fulfilled their 'one future episode, one past episode' obligations (and no, the Kensei arc doesn't count).
They are probably making us wait two weeks because next Tuesday is election day in the US, and I am sure the networks the night before will be focused on that, and are preempting everything.

Not many ways to kill him. He has Adam's healing factor AND Peter's (which he acquired from Adam and Claire). I don't know if healing stacks, but if it does, that'd be pretty killer. The only way I could think of would be for the Haitian to be around, or Sylar acquiring his power using it on him. Then of course giving me a great deal of hurt.
You know what man, that actually could be it! I want Peter's powers back, he's kinda lame without them and i doubt he's going to stay this way for long. I also want Adam Monroe back.
Spoiler A major character will be killed off before the end of volume 4. A MAJOR character. Also, Jeph Loeb and Jesse Alexander have been let go, following harsh criticism of the beginning of season 3...in an effort to please the fans.
They're saying it's 1. Hiro But... I think it's either 2. Peter or 3. Nathan or even 4. Sylar I know that if it is 1. Then many many people will be upset and stop watching.
Spoiler Hiro and his power create big plot holes in the show and critics are ALWAYS quick to judge the show for that. It is hard for any show to do time traveling correctly and while Hiro is a great character, the time traveling has to stop.
