This is bullshit. Seriously. Rays tie it and they NOW put the tarp on. Holy shit. Someone hold me back. Omg.

 

FOX/MLB was all over that. I am so fucking pissed off. God. It's never easy. NEVER EVER. fuck.

Yum, chocolate. Its way bad for me, but the way my life has been of late, I figure I can cheat once in a while, and just deal with the fact that sugar makes my kidneys ache.

 

Don't they usually stop games when it rains for the health and safety of the players...?

Yes. But my beef with this is it was coming down hard for a while and nothing was done. It just so happens that the Rays came back to tie the game 2-2 and after that, the tarp goes on and boom!...rain delay. This should've been done a while back but it wasn't. Hence me being pissed off.

 

Ah, I see. That makes sense.

 

You guys should realize, even if it wouldn't have been tied when they stopped the game, they'd have just picked it back up tomorrow.

Playoff games are played all nine innings no matter what.

 

I dont think the rain is going to decide the game (figuratively). Both teams had to play in it and if anything, stopping the game will slow any momentum the Rays just gained by tying the game. At least thats the way I see it.

 

I know that and understand that. I just don't like how they waited so long to stop the game. Any moron can tell when the conditions are too bad to play in. But it figures they waited until the Rays tied it. And to top it all off, the weather isn't suppose to let up tonight and tomorrow.

 

I'm not saying I agree with how they handled it, but still.
