My memory is shit these days so I ask does anyone know of any food that is good for your memory and recollectiveness other than fish? Please help me out .

On the topic of food... I don't eat red meat at all. I hate it. I probably have the worst iron ever. I'm always tired and dizzy. What can I eat to fix that?

@ Willstar -lmao & gross... @ Amy - Green leafy vegetables like spinich & grain are high in iron also iron is best absorbed by the body in the presence of Vitamin C & for better memory.... personally I sugest mental exercise...Try some memory games...
