This season is blowing last season out of the fucking water. Tonights episode was great.

One thing that did come to my mind is that these villains were supposed to be worse than Sylar as they were locked up in level 5 while Sylar was locked up in level 3 previously but it seems as though none of these villains are really a match for Sylar and his range of abilities.

 

well maybe it's because they don't use their powers for the right purpose, because they're "bad" .. i mean like with sylar it's different for he knows what he's doin, he just collects powers and uses them only to get some more, while the others use them to get "material" stuff or whatever ..!

don't you think?

 

I guess in that sense, he was less of a threat because he's actually good deep down inside, he's just killing to gain powers because of his "hunger".

 

im kinda sad that "the german" died . as a german i liked him, haha.
anyway, what ability did sylar gain from this woman at the beginning of the episode? i couldn't make that out.

 

Im sure it could come up later, but it was shown in the premiere party that she could see somethings entire history by touching it. Either the power will be useless and just a ploy by Angela to control Sylar and get him to trust her or the power will have some significance this season. No one really knows yet

For those of you that are into this show...do not look at the promo pics for the next episode. They very much reveal a large plot point of the next episode. I wish I didn't look

 

Tonights episode was the best episode of the entire series if you ask me. That was just mindblowing.

So anyone notice that Gabriel in the future used abilities that he supposedly lost after being exposed to the Shanti virus in Season 2?

 

He got his powers back when he got the cure for the virus. Some interview had said he didnt get all of his powers back but how could he have used the telekinesis at the end of the second season? The way I see Sylars power, once he knows how something works, he doesnt forget it and when he was injected with the virus, he lost his power but when he got his power back, he started remembering how the old abilities worked. It seems logical to me. *shrug*

 

My main thing was... how come present Sylar hasn't shown any abilities other than telekinesis? That's the only power he has exhibited since getting the cure.

 

He might remember over time? That or he hasnt seen a need to use any other power.

 

No, definitely not I think that's why they gave future Peter a scar. So a casual viewer would be able to tell the difference.
