It's just a misunderstanding...I've been through similar situations countless times in the past! It's just that parents overreact when they think their kid is "in trouble". She'll apologize to you sooner or later when this is over!

 

Hope so beacause it's so stupid and I'm innocent. I can't believe that's happening to me...

Im sorry Penny, thats terrible I know what its like for a parent to completely jump off the handle at something you didnt even do but Im sure it will all work out in the end and hopefully she apologizes to you for freaking out.

 

I completely know what you mean. For a while I was feeling that way too, so I wouldn't say it...not to be spiteful or anything, just to see if HE would say it without it having to a response sort of a thing. He says it all the time now. Like when ending a conversation on the phone, he generally tells me he loves me first. I mean...it's just good to know that they think to initiate it, rather than it being a response. What I would do...just don't say it for a while. See if he gets the urge to say it to you. If not, then you are where you are, and maybe your relationship just needs some more time to develop.

 

Please stop saying you love me. I'm in the process of moving on myself and it just makes things more complicated than they already are in regards to that kind of thing.

I'm just too nice sometimes. hah.
