In theory Yes. We could be the experiment of super-humans who created a micro-universe for us organisms to live in. However, the Super-humans have created other organisms to evolve and push the limits of science to the brink and then some, and travel and explore the micro universe while the super-humans just sit backand watch! Oh wait....
