She honestly expects me to be okay with them going out. Why can she not see how fucked up this is? Everyone I have told about it has told me to get back at them and how low of them it was.

Thats the thing. Hes my best friend. I cant just throw him out of my life, because as bad as it is and with how much its affected me, we have been friends for 8 years...and I cant just throw that out because my ex-gf is a whore now.

 

true. but that's a hard thing to forgive, the only way i'll forgiven is if i knew for sure that it was her fault. but even if it was her fault. He knows you were with her and it takes 2 to make it work. It's not like he's a saint.

 

What a night I just came back from. Upfront in the middle at the barricade for Mayer and One Republic. Lead singer of One Republic (fuck, cannot remember his name) slapped my hand (!!!). I caught his guitar pick AND I got their set list after than were done. I'm so framing it when I get the chance. Also I caught one of John Mayer's guitar picks and he was phenomenal. I also managed to somehow walk away from the night with two random guys phone numbers, lol. Struck up convos and they just gave me their numbers. Pretty cool. I'm not gonna call them though, lol. They were clearly way younger than me and that just won't do. Oh well. This was such a great night. Fuck anything else.

 

Ask her to focus and think without Your friend in her mind. She's making excuses because it's she who wants to be with him, and if you ask her to think as if she were not dating, maybe you'll get a differnt reply?

Or, you can say fuck her, she's on her own?

Well, we arent going out right now. we broke up a little over 2 months ago. But we went out for two years before then and it was my best friend.
