That's because he's too damn cute to kill.

He sleeps all day and he's up all night when there's nothing for him to do so he ends up getting into shit he shouldn't be getting into. What sucks is we don't have a room we can put him in where he can't cause trouble. That also wouldn't be fair to him anyway since he's just a kitten. It's still really annoying though. He knows he's not allowed on my desk but what woke me up? He was romping around my desk and knocked my monitor off.

So now I'm up at 3 o'clock in the morning because he's a shit head.

 

Awww, it's an insomniac kitty.

I understand if he's still too young for it, but when my cat was still in her younger years we always let her outside at night where she could hunt mice and bunnies. Watch out for slippery insides though. o.o

I actually live in an apartment complex and the owners were a little reluctant to let us keep our first cat inside as it is. One of my neighbors ended up having four cats after their cat got pregnant somehow, and they let that cat outside all the time. They think it wandered off through the woods and managed to end up in the ritzy part of my neighborhood (which, ironically enough, is on a street called Roxbury Avenue). It ended up having kittens and they let the cats run around and terrorize the apartments. They ended up getting fleas really bad, too, which is understandable, considering there's a giant pond separating my apartments from the highway, and it's more like a swamp than a pond, really. We'd let him outside but we're pretty sure he'd either never come back or he'd end up with fleas so bad that they'd just eat him. But we found out we can take him next month to have him neutered; we don't have the money to deal with him spraying on things and wanting to bang other cats; and declawed; we also play with him a lot and he tends to use his claws a lot, so we don't want him scratching things; on top of that, he's already ruined a $700 chair, and I don't think the scratching post my dad bought him is going to help.

That'd be an ironic way for a cat to go... eaten by fleas.

Well, maybe you could try to keep him up in the day so he'll fall over at night. Like everytime he falls asleep in the day you just throw a paperball on him and he'll play with it or something. I dunno. xD

That's funny, since that's exactly what we try to do. Sometimes he'll disappear for a couple hours and we'll find him behind my mom's rocking chair.

My buddies and I played with him for probably two and a half hours straight the other night. I'd never seen a cat so tired before. It was about the funniest thing in the world.

He was also really, really dizzy.
