It's time to get ready for band practice.

It's not fiber. It's live active bacteria that eat the waste and bad bacteria in your digestive tract to make you shit better.

My mom has to eat it and she goes to a doctor for it, so I just happen to know.

I just read up on it, and I stand corrected. It's a "probiotic" yogurt. So, I guess it's not loaded with bowel-fuel.

The cool thing is, you don't have to eat yogurt to get them. You can eat it in frozen yogurt, or you can take pills.

The pills have to be refrigerated in order to keep the bacteria alive, and the pills are called Acidophilus.

 

I don't need to shit though.
