Schedule an appointment with a chiropractor. They're relatively inexpensive and they're amazing. I always feel invigorated after I go to my chiropractor.

I'm kind of tired. If I end up with that third-shift job, my life is going to become hell again, just like last summer.

 

It's better now, but I know it's gonna end up coming back later on, so I probably should do something about it.

Either way Holland are playing Italy so they're probably the lesser evil in that respect

 

It's well worth it. My buddy blew out his back over Christmas break and couldn't do anything, so his mom made him go to the chiropractor. He felt as good as new the moment he got off the table.

If it's your first time, it's a little disconcerting, considering he's jerking your head around, but as long as you just relax, you'll be fine. It really is a pretty amazing experience, especially considering how amazing you'll feel afterward.

Edit:
I mean, he'll jerk your head when he adjusts your neck. It's part of the adjustment. Generally, they'll do everything from your neck down to your hips. It's pretty awesome.

I'd bet going to a chiropractor regularly while doing something like yoga would make you feel like you could do anything.
