To annoy my sister, I keep saying that it's just a teen romance novel thinly veiled as a fantasy novel. As such, it's just a cheesy teen romance movie, thinly veiled as a fantasy movie. She gets mad at me every time. Just like when I tell her I don't think the Jonas Brothers and Chris Brown even remotely have talent.

 

Well you are right, lol. I guess I'm a sucker for those type of movies sometimes. I probably won't see it anyway, lol.

 

What an awesome movie.

 

It doesn't look too bad, but seriously, in the trailer, the guy that goes all "she's not one of us" seems like a really crappy actor. XD

 

I hate the way that people automatically assume that because someone's in a famous band they should want to be constantly harrassed by their fans.

If I was in a band that famous I'm pretty sure I'd try and avoid fans at times because it'd just be so intimidating and annoying to be expected to be some awesome person who'd do anything for anyone because they can sing or whatever. It's stupid.

"Hayley from Paramore didn't speak to all her fans outside of the gig because she's so up her own arse." Erm, no. Just, fuck off. She doesn't have to bum up to everyone who's bought an album she sings on or shake everyone's hand who was at their gig.

 

Indeed. Her voice is fantastic.


It was just that someone on some other forum I was on was bitching about how she didn't come and speak to the hundreds of people outside of the Sheffield Arena after the GIAN Festival. They were also bitching about how the guitarists went through a car park to 'make sure they didn't have to speak' to the people.

Yes, I'm sure that's why they went through the car park; it's probably not because that was the easiest/quickest way to get backstage.

With that said... I'm gonna try and meet Say Anything on the 8th June when they play in Liverpool

Also, Four Year Strong, Meg & Dia, The Color Fred and Mayday Parade are playing on Wednesday for £5 (or $10). That could be pretty damn awesome however... I have an exam the next day.

I fuck with that effects thing all the time. I can make Chester sound like Barry White too, and it's amazing. XD
