This concept of picking up accents when you go on holiday is new to me.

I really can't explain it. It's not like I get a full on Irish/American accent but you can detect it in my tone I'm told. But then again alot of people reckon they can detect American in my tone anyway...I dunno how to explain that either lol.

    I miss that serie.

If I talk dutch I talk super flat, ofcourse you don't know what I mean by that. Like if I say 'ik ook' (= me too) I shorten it to 'k'ook' and if I say 'ik moet' (= I must) I shorten it to 'mok'. I'm sure only dutch people know what I mean lol. I also have a bit of Utrecht in my voice.

If I talk french I have a dutch accent.

If I talk english...well, I can't explain. I basically gave it a marj flava to it. In fact, when I mutter some english only Max understands it. If I have to speak english to someone else, I can talk it normally ofcourse. But with Max we mutter away lol.

French : Classical accent although I tend to take a Northern accent sometimes. ( Saque eud din biloute ).

Dutch : Fries accent (I suppose because people tell me I pronounce my sch and g a lot) with a slight French accent.

English : I've been told I have an American accent. That's probably because of my Dutch origins.

    German : No idea

People I know who don't live in Florida say I have an accent, but I don't seem to think I do. Everyone has an accent though, but only people who are pretty much from another country or another state can tell you have one in my opinion.

I would really like a British or Austrailian accent though.. or irish.

I was told at one point I had an accent reminiscent of Southern California, which is kinda funny in my opinion.

From my point of view, because I was raised in Ohio and such, you have pretty much no accent whatsoever. You'd make a good newscaster, or radio DJ. Probably even a good actor. Don't ask, but people that sound the way you do are sought after in the news and radio world. Just something I've learned.

I seriously hate the local accent.

On the other hand there's plenty worse in the UK and Ireland.

I don't really know how to describe my accent. I just kind of talk like a dork and say "dude" a lot.

You know, I probably could have said that and wasted less time typing how I talk. XD
