There's a way you can fix that, just turn all your system sounds off, and use a program like audacity to record them from the waveout-digital setting separately, convert them to mp3 and then burn them to CD, yes it's a lot of work but if you want it on CD it should be worth it.

I want the perfectly amazing versions I have on the CD, not hollow recorded versions, like what happens with my computer. What can I say? My computer's a piece of shit.

 

If you record from wave out, they should be the same exact thing as you hear on your pc. That's how my computer works at least when I turn my wave record setting all the way up. I can't tell the difference what so ever.
