Pretty much what I've been assuming ever since we found out that Chester would not be performing with Bucket of Weenies, and it was confirmed by Sean Dowdell that Chester is performing with Julien-K. If he was just coming out during their set for a song like he did on PR07 or something, I don't see why they'd be listed seperately on the flyer like they are.
