You'd think I'd be past naming my possessions, but yet again, I did.

 

I need to move out of the usa.

 

I'm going to orchestrate the best April Fool's joke ever. And I have a year to plan.

 

It's alright. I live by the personal belief that anyone who doesn't name their car is an unfortunate and tortured soul.

 

The first thing I'm gonna do when I get a car is name it. I'm bizarre like that. Normally, people are okay with naming guitars, cars, things like that. But when you name say, I dunno, a stereo, or a skateboard (didn't name mine, just giving an example), people kinda wonder what's up with your brain. I don't, but I know several people who do.

 

My car's name is Jasmine.

And with most of my other things, I give them Spaceballs-esque names, like Mr. iPod.

 

Dude, you totally stole what I was gonna name my car. Oh well.
Mr. iPod. Amazing.

 

It's cool, I can share.

On a more serious note, Jasmine is the name of the first girl I really had a crush on. She's also the first girl I fell in love with, and a whole lot more. We stopped going to the same school after middle school and for the past 6 years we've kept in touch online and whatnot. So much of my life inadvertently has to do with her it's not even funny. So of course, when I got my car, I named it after her.

I don't know if she knows that though.

 

That's why my guitar's name is going to be Holly. Pretty much what you said, only I never went to school with this girl. And minus the 6 years thing.

Ah. 'Tis the other way around for me. Funny thing is, about a year ago, if you put the Sweeney Todd soundtrack in front of me, I'd turn my nose up at it. Now, it's the first soundtrack that I suggest to anyone to listen to.
