Well, this game is going to be huge. I know everyone with a Wii is going to buy this game So this thread is just to share your excitement/info/whatever. I have never played anything over Wi-Fi but I'll be willing to play with people if you guys want to get something started. Anyone else going to gamestop for the midnight launch/tournament?
Oh man, I really hoped I had wii, unfortunately I can;t even get a 360 cause i don't have enough money =( I' should look 4 a job... L
I just got knocked out. Had the kid at 174% damage and I was at 30% and then we had to go to sudden death and as I spun with links master sword he somehow hit me and blew me off the map
I'm so excited for this game. I was going to go get it at midnight but... eh. I'll wait until it's light out. It sucks that it's being released on Sunday of all days. I know what'll be distracting me at work come Monday...
I would really love if I could get the score to this game on my iPod. With all the re-recorded themes and everything. I played through Classic Mode a little bit ago and unlocked Captain Falcon.
Is it out in the EU yet? I lost track of when the game was going to be released, if it is out someone tell me now so i can get changed and go get it!
Damnit, I need a Wii and Brawl RIGHT NOW. Forget the other systems, this is taking top priority at this moment. FALCO FOR LIFE!
I started off a Yoshi player on the N64 Smash, then moved my way to Fox. Melee was such an easy decision... while Fox was still there, he played differently (the laser for example). Falco played exactly like N64 Fox but faster. So I had to go with him. Maybe I'll jump to Star Wolf instead?
Well from what I heard, Wolf is completely different than Fox. I have yet to unlock him though. So far, Pit is my favorite character to use. Actually, while you bring up quickness...They slowed down the characters in this game. Fox/Falco remain quick though. I think it cuts down on button mashing and makes players rely more on skill rather than how many buttons they can press to attack as many times as possible
Well Smash was never about button-mashing IMO. There's a lot of skill and strategy involved in my Smash games. I actually get put off by Falco's speed at times, so I welcome the slowdown.
