    today i waited for her and nothing, i was pissed then i was in another place and i saw her very quick and i didn't do anything, arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    i feel like i want to punch a wall

    I need to make even more of a push than I already have to become healthier. I'm sick of constantly feeling run down, tired or having to rely on caffeine to stay awake during the day at work.

    I'm running myself into the ground, and I'm pretty sure (as much as I don't want to say it) that I'm killing myself. I've had an occasional itchy throat/cough for going on well over a week now. Clearly I'm not healthy/in shape and that needs to change. Unless I want to get progressively worse and not live to see my 30th birthday.

    Starting today, I'm taking long walks in the afternoon...excersize bike rides at night, and healthy eating. I owe it to myself to treat my body better.

    I've already gone for the long walk and I plan to ride the bike when I get back from hanging out with my friend tonight. I can do this, I just need to stop being so effing lazy!

    I've been feeling the same way. It's hard to get motivated, stay motivated, and do something about it. But I have been eating better, and doing some sit-ups and whatnot. More power to ya, Derek, good luck! :hug:

    Besides, I'll look way better if I'm minus 40 pounds. Way way better. The pics from when I used to weigh 160-170 prove it. I need to make the push.

    I think that this whole thing of 'we need to make the LPA a better' is getting to me. Though I havent been in any fights lately it feels like I've been a part of the problem :lol:

    I just mess up one miserable night, and now, It's as if I never sacraficed anything for her, or did anything but just be there, for a year and a half?

    Getting motivated is the hard part. I try to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, but some weeks I slack off, or once I get there, I don't work out for as long as I should.

    Over the past 4 months, I've lost around 20 pounds which is a good start but not nearly enough for me. But when I first started working out, I didn't see any immediate results and wondered if it was worth it, but now that I see results, I'm more motivated to go because I know it's working.

    At least 30 minutes of jogging every morning and not eating anything after 7pm. Does miracles.

    If I can't get out of my goddamned road today, I'm going to be so upset. I was supposed to see Josh 2 times this week, instead of only one, and I couldn't see him last night, and there's a chance I can't see him today. *scowls*

    Please, please, please, let me be able to get out today. I miss him.

    @ Todd: Yeah, thanks. :) I do ballet, for about 7.5 hours of my own classes, and I also assist teaching for about 3.5 hours a week. I get plenty of excercise, it's just that the dance keeps me how I am, it doesn't help me to lose any weight. Well, I'm comfortable with my weight, I'm 5'3" and weigh about 130, with a lot of muscle in my legs, and it's about average. It's just that my stomach looks...different. Haha, I'm such a girl.
