I figured out how he switches the This and That but I'm confused as to how he gets the 'Other.'

When he puts the 'That' card on the bottom he's actually putting it in the middle. You see, when he grips the bottom card and pulls the first card up so he can put it in the middle. When he moves the middle card (That) up before pulling 'This' to the top he's actually maneuvering it so he can grab the top and bottom card. So when he flips the top card (which is actually the top and bottom card, he's actually moving the top and bottom card to the top, thereby moving the middle card (That) to the bottom.

I'm guessing for the end he puts down both 'This' cards, then the 'That' card, then the Other, which was actually on top of the That card the whole time. So there's actually 4 cards.

Or I'm just crazy.

 

It could also be done by making 3 different videos and cutting them together?
