    Fuck. I just fell down the stairs (or from halfway down rather) and hit my back, scratched up my arms and hurt my elbow. I am a shaking, jolted, nervous mess right now.

    Word of advice: Keep the steps clean and don't lay anything on there. There were some papers that fell out of the step basket and as I went to step over them I lost my footing and fell.

    Anyone watch the Sarah Connor Chronicles on FOX? That was seriously fucking good. I'm impressed.
