    They say that people watch an average of 5 hours of TV each day. And I always thought that statistic was a bunch of bullshit. But I just looked at what my DVR records in an average day:

    Countdown with Keith Olbermann: 1 hour
    The Daily Show: 30 minutes
    David Letterman: 1 hour
    Craig Ferguson: 1 hour
    Mythbusters: 1 or 2 hours, depending on how many episodes they air that day (I record reruns and watch if I feel like watching that one)
    Married...With Children: 1 hour (2 30 minute episodes)
    South Park: 30 minutes - 1 hour, depending on how many episodes are aired (I watch the reruns, they never get old)
    Reno 911: There seems to be absolutely no set schedule for these. Comedy Central just seems to air them whenever they have time to fill. But let's say 30 minutes each day

    That's between 6.5 and 8 hours of TV that I watch a day....holy crap :lol:
