"One Missed Call" is exactly what I thought it was. A Japanese remake.

I didn't know that it was a Takashi Miike movie (aka the dude that made Audition).

This movie is going to suck worse than I thought it was, you can't remake a Takashi Miike movie.

 

And I have the book right next to me. I could just give out all the quotes making references to Dracula, and sayings that they were clearly calling them vampires.

Especially the characteristics of vampires in the book.

The females are seductive.
No reflection in the mirror. (finding out it's not true.)
Dying in the sunlight. (Not turning into dust.)

Not to sound like an ass but I could go on and on.

 

Is Audition good? I've seen it in town, and debated over buying it several times.

 

I heard it's scary as fuck.
