Hellz yeah.

 

The best part about this? Paul Anderson didn't direct it. I admire his want to turn games into movies, but he's done such a terrible job at it. This should be good.

 

Paul Anderson's done a better job than pretty much anyone else directing video game adaptations.

I think he's done good for Resident Evil, for the most part.

 

Wow..short..but awesome! Cant wait, so far it looks to be comin to Japan for a summer release. no word on the US

 

Cant wait for this, they should have done all the res films in CGI from the start

I loved the first RE movie. One of the better adaptations of a video game i've seen in my life.

 

I thought extinction was the last movie : /

 

It is. Well, in a way. This movie is based more on the games than the movies were.

Can't say I'm sad to see Anderson go. For me he's probably an even worse director than Uwe Boll. And yes, I am aware he only actually directed the first.

 

Its based one year after Re4 and before Re5 so i think it COULD have some insight into Re5.

but Seeing Leon and Claire in a CGI Resident Evil movie will be badass

 

I promise you've never actually seen an Uwe Boll movie if you actually think that.

 

I have to say that I am in no way interested in seeing this at all.

And I love the games and the live-action movies.

 

The whole, "let's give the main character super powers!" was a pretty bad idea, I think.

 

Oh, I have. House Of The Dead > everything Paul Anderson has ever been involved in.

Not to mention that Anderson has made sub-par films based on Alien/Predator/ Daniken and Blade Runner, whereas Boll has hardly had the best source material for the most part.
