    Thats understandable hun. But just think of it this way: the sooner you update your resume and get it sounding nice and complete, the sooner you will out of that retched job and into something far better. As much as you fear that you may get into a job thats even worse than what you have now, if you want me to be completely honest...I dont think anything could top this job in terms of how crappy it is.

    Even if you follow my advice in that PM i sent you, I still feel they will not do anything, but itll be good because at least you gave them notice that they need to (pardon my expression) shit or get off the pot. This will look better when you actually do leave that place, cause not only will you have your resume updated, but youll also have given them a two week notice.

    Tell them to take this job and shove it ;).
