Got Something You Want To Let Out Part 2

QFT. I feel like we're in the exact same situation. I don't real have what I would call "friends" anymore. They're more or less just buddies that I chat with. The relationships just feel external. I can't really express myself to
these people. I just get way too emotional. On here, nobody judges me for being who I am. Whereas at home, I'm far too shy to do anything that shows who I am.

So, in the back of my mind, I have dubbed this thread the "OMG look at how much my life sucks right now" thread. If you fall into that category, stop sitting around complaining. Do something about it.

 

Who's to say they aren't? They can still vent about it here in the meantime; I mean, that's what the thread's for. Besides, venting helps.

 

Alright, this has been bugging me for at least a month or 2...but it may not seem serious to most of you.

Last year's spring to summer (2006), we had our house completely fixed. It was quite a strange experience with living with school and all, but completely worth it. Now, after they fixed up my room, my mom decided to remove the old curtains that I've had over my windows for more than 10 years. To be specific, my windows are about 5 feet (I think about 1.5 meters) from the ground and are completely bare. In order to get a full view of the house across the street, I'd walk to the other side. I actually went to the effort of a quick MSPaint layout of my room to explain visually (the blue lines indicate the windows I have a problem with, and the ones across the room are where I'd have to stand to get a clear view of outside of them)

Now, I've been noticing that the window across has their light open whenever I open my lamp during the night or early morning. (darker skies make everything easier to see) From daily observation, I've come to the conclusion that it is a guy who is in that room. So, when it comes to dressing for school and stuff, I kind of have to shift to a certain corner to not be seen by anyone. Every now and then, I see a figure looking directly at my room. I've complained to my parents and whenever I attempt to show them, the figure disappears. So then they always claim that I'm being paranoid...but today! I woke up at 4 AM to get a glass of water. Note that the window across didn't have it's light open. My lamp was off, so of course turn it on to see. After returning upstairs, I decide to grab my ipod to listen. I then look outside my window, and I clearly see the figure staring at me again. It's even creepier because the man only lifted the blinds to frame himself, so only a little light is seen, possibly as a cover to other neighbors. Now, I've already told my parents (crying too) a few minutes ago, and they promised me to get blinds finally. Still, I'm scared this man watches me more than I think.

 

Some twits are posing as one of my friends on bebo. It is sad and pathetic and I know the old saying 'imitation is a compliment' but its really annoying and I'd hate it if someone posed as me -.-

 

@ moniku - I had a problem like til a few months ago, the guy who lives in flat 4 always stares at me from his kitchen window whenever I left for school/college came back, go to the car with dad to go to town etc. And sometimes he even approached me and asked random questions, my told me to ignore it but it did creep me out. Hopefully when you get your blinds it won't happen anymore

 

I'm so sick of everyone telling me that I'm not gonna be anything. Ever since I was little I wanted to be a musician. And everytime people tell me I'm not gonna be anything it pisses me off more than anything. Mike and Lupe's message in ''Be Somebody'' totally relates to me right now.

 

Keep it in the back of your mind next time. What the hell was the point of
posting that? Didn't seem like constructive criticism to me.

I cannot believe he said that. That bastard. That really hurt. I love my three true friends from Dubai. I don't know if I can call them all really tru friendzzz anymore, but I think, am pretty sure, that I can, and I still love them. You don't just throw away 10 years of friendship like that. They're not "stupid". My non-existant friends here are not in any way better than them. I told you before, I don't have friends here. So what if I called them [the friends here] dumb? They are. They're bitches. Two-faced, no, three-faced whores. They really are. There are maybe two or three people I like here, but still, they're not real friends. Get over that. Fucking get over it.

I really hope our plans this coming summer work out. I really want to see her.

Yeah, so that thing really hurt me.

On a brighter note, I listened to Linkin Park and cried today. I feel happy. I remembered the ecstatic feeling I had at the LP concert, and things that happened years ago. I love the fact that music triggers memories for me. Good memories, bad memories. Mainly good. When I listen to Blink 182, I remember evenings at Razan's house, singing and recording shit, and her sending me videos. System of a Down? Our leaving party in a limo, and doctor's appointments and eye-treatments. MCR? I have yet to make a memory for that, but the concert's a pretty good one.

 

Mali, I really hope you'll get to go back to your friends in Dubai soon. Or at least meet some people you actually enjoy spending time with over there.

I know how you feel to a certain extend because I really wish I was closer to my real old friends 'cause I really don't feel that close to my new friends...

Because if there's anyone in the world who doesn't deserve to be threated like that then it's you.

 

I just got my hair cut today. I'm practically bald if you compare it to the amount af hair I used to have.

Yeah... I used to have something like this but without the curlies. Now I have something like this with shorter sideburns.

Now imagine some fat, fat lips, and a slightly tinted skin on the last picture and you have me...

It's going to take me 6 months to grow it all back.

I'm never going to say "Just make it a bit shorter" again!
