You know, after watching Interview With The Vampire for the first time in like 8 years, I look back on Queen Of The Damned and can't help but think how shit it is in comparesent. Queen Of The Damned didn't follow the novels at all and they hired a completely different actor to play Lestat. They should have left it.

I missed the episode again because I was out and my parents wouldn't record it for me since they were using the TV.

 

AND THE COWBOYS WIN! OH HELL YEAH FOR PURE LUCK!

Screw Romo. And TO too for that matter. Nick Folk is a god. He had to make a 53-yd field goal TWICE, and he's a rookie. Hells yeah.

 

I missed it too. I'll get it tonight.

I hate crying like this.

 

While it was nice to see Angie again who I haven't properly talked to in about a year and have dinner with her, a few things cancel this all out:

• Missed Heroes
• Missed the Yankees losing
• Missed the Cowboys win amazingly
• MISSED THE RETURN OF HBK!

My first unsupervised drive....it was great


... made even better when I had MCR playing rather loudly.

 

Is it so totally weird that I cried when Borowski struck Posada out?

So for the last time: Who the fuck are the Yankees?!

I'm so happy.

 

I get a hug from my brother and mom as I get in the door, them cheering. Oh shit, I forgot about the game until that point. I suck.

 

I was rocking back and forth sitting Indian-style (absolutely no pun intended) squeezing my legs up to my chest during the entire ninth inning, both the Indians' and the Yankees' halves. When Borowski gave up that home run, I choked up. When Borowski struck out Posada, I broke down and started crying. I was so God damned happy.

I'm almost afraid to find out how I'm going to react if they make it to and subsequently win the World Series.

 

Probably what my brother's reaction was when the Red Sox won the Series back in '04. Still not 100% from that.
