Official Halo 3 Thread

I thought the ending was okay. I love the multiplayer though, I'm hella good with the spartan laser. I also love the correlation with the end to Halo 3 and the beginning to Marathon.

fucking 343 Guilty Spark, why'd you have to go and flip out and kill Johnson? "But that's in the proximity of the Ark, it will destroy the Ark!". "Deal with it" "OH NOEZ" *lazer*. lol and the actual level The Ark is kinda long and annoying. The 8th level that takes place entirely inside the flood place is the worst level.


I'm currently replaying campaign on Heroic (played normal first run-through) and collecting skulls.

 

Oh hell was that level annoying. Ranks right up there with Library from Halo 1.

 

Anyone reminded of KOTOR's Star Forge when they learned what The Ark did?

I hate when a video game has cut scenes after the ending credits. Who watches the fucking credits? I didn't know there was one, so I was left with the thought that Master Chief died, and that totally didn't make sense to me.

 

Yeah, I skipped the credits and I had to find it when I was told about it afterwards

 

I went in with the idea of, "Hey, they did it in Halo 2, chances are they did it again."

 

I did it by accident though, because I thought you had to press a button to advance from that thanks message and after that it went straight back to the title screen.

Had a game with Chris (this is sparta^56), mark and stof, and I just totally sucked

 

Yeah, totally Mark is a good shooter. It wasnt easy to catch him up but I managed a couple times. Dont ban me

I love Narrows, the midair jump fights are epic.

I thought everyone knew that if you angled your throw the right way you could do that?

Like the dude said, that was 99.9% luck.

 

That stick was pretty damn lucky... I didn't even know grenades could go so long without exploding. :S
