Chester + Julien-K Footage

    A few weeks ago Chester filled in for Julien-K vocalist Ryan Shuck at a Projekt Revolution stop in Chicago, Illinois while the JK vocalist attended a wedding. Chester, whose side-project Dead By Sunrise is comprise of Ryan and Amir Derahk of Julien-K, had earlier in the tour been coming out on stage for the band's "Technical Difficulties", but this was the first time he had performed a full set with the band in a live setting.

    Luckily, the performance was being professionally filmed (for what reason, we don't know, but we sure would like to) and our friends over at LPinside.com.br have acquired footage of the band playing "Kick The Bass". Perhaps this is similar to what DBS may sound like.

    Oh my god.

    I hope this is what Dead By Sunrise is going to sound somewhat like, I love it.

    That sounded pretty awesome. I saw Julien-K at PR, they were quite good. I can't wait for their album and I especially can't wait for Dead By Sunrise.

    I think it's really good quality, compared to what we're usually faced with: cell phones and hand-helds.

    I don't understand the complaint, it's better than nothing. Better than most, actually.

    "The band" being the previously referenced to Julien K.

    Well, yeah of course, it is nice to have a proshot video of this, but it gets pretty annoying when the sound cuts out every 20 seconds or so.

    If Depeche Mode releases a new album it would probably have a song similar to Kick The Bass. lulz.
