I think the term, "innocent until proven guilty" applies here. Now, if the police were smart, they wouldn't have made this announcement unless there was some concrete evidence to support it (there was a little thinger about this yesterday and they interviewed this former Toronto police officer who is now a private investigator). What they're doing is they're trying to get people to jump to conclusions about this case and you fell for it hard. I would, personally, wait until there is a verdict before passing judgement.
