Has anyone ever had those cramps/pain in your feet/calves when you're sleeping after a long day on your feet? Well I did all night...and I couldn't sleep well due to it, and they still hurt. And there's nothing I can do about it, stretching doesn't help. I took some IBUProfen though..maybe that will help. Dah!
