Hi guys . I wanna have your ideas and choices about the antivirus software you're using . I think the antivirus software is an important part of the system . I'm using AVG and BitDenfeder 10 (all fully updated) - is this strong enough? . But the problem is that these two softwares take alot of my computer's memory resource and sometimes they makes my pc hang out . Thats really terrible . Give me your ideas about this problem . Thanks .
Eh... when it kept blocking me from playing games and such until i had to turn it off. But then it would fix itself. hmmm. It actually pretty weird.
NOD32 ? That's good . I used it too ... But in some case the virus can made it uneffective . That circumstance happened to me too . I have to use another Antivirus Program In our country we have an antivirus program called BKAV . It's so small and doesn't take too much of your system's resource . But it doesn't have the automatic update for the free version . Only the enterprise version has that function . It can treat most of the virus kind . But the only way make me used it that's because it's small and reliable . Just like that . I used AVG and BitDefender , too You can check the program here . The Home version is free . avg is what is use and i wouldn't use anything else. software firewalls are silly and annoying anyway.
so norton is no good? i kinda feel ripped off - i was told that it was the best out there and when i bought my new PC i bought it as an extra (something like 50 quid) i suppose its my own daft fault for not having a clue about computers :/
