iTunes To Carry B-Side

I hope the songs leak. I don't happen to have a credit card so there's no way I'll be able get it off of iTunes.

 

That was awesome.

 

I'd rather not buy them to begin with. I'll probably buy the totally stripped down version of the album when I have some extra money, but I'm not shelling out money like I did in the past just to own all of Linkin Park's songs.

Honestly, I have four copies of Hybrid Theory, and five copies of Meteora.

 

Yeah. The only way I'd ever buy another copy of a CD is if I got one as a gift for someone or my copy was so utterly fucked that I needed to replace it.

hmm... my pre-order screen doesn't look like that. it only has the 12 tracks and the two pre-order only tracks.

 

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS! So there's at least one b-side! Now if only the other was, too, and then the Wal*Mart ones were too, and then Best Buy got a couple... It'd be like a whole other album!

So we have how many confirmed bonus tracks?

2 from itunes
some from walmart
and some from the special edition?!?!?

SO CONFUSED~!

 

How'd you get your hands on so many copies of those two? Its as if one wasn't enough.

I am confused too. Will the Best Buy preorder have the bonus tracks too? It does not list them.

Sorry for such a newbie post but this bonus track thing has got me confused.

Here's a list of all the different editions and what they have bonus-track wise:

iTunes:
-Preorders come with 2 bonus tracks. One is No Roads Left, the other is rumored to be QWERTY (live in Japan), but this is unconfirmed.

Best Buy:
-All versions come with 3 bonus live tracks recorded just for Best Buy: What I've Done, Given Up, and No More Sorrow.

Wal-Mart:
-All versions come with a redeemable card for 2 downloadable bonus tracks (unknown what they are).

Japan:
-The Japanese edition of the album comes with one bonus track: Faint (live in Japan), the same version as on the What I've Done single.

The special/superfan editions don't come with any bonus tracks, unless you count the extra material you get on the DVD.

 

Ugh... I was already having enough trouble figuring where to get my copy... this makes it worse

 

It wouldn't surprise me if after 3 years of writing and recording (especially with the experimental way they have been doing things) there are a few B sides and other bits and bobs that they will be keeping saved up for the singles and the LPU CDs.

Very nice song, melody you wouldn't expect from LP and a beautiful harmony (chester, chester and mike), the last 20 sec is acapella. the solo isn;t that good, In pieces has 100x better solo, you know, it's much harder to play a slow solo than a fast one(musically, not technically). Rob's drums here are the best I've heard from him, complex, but catchy.

 

and more Mike too, which i think is confirmed that he'll be in them.
