Hatebreed may as well perform on Ozzfest every year, because I'm almost sure they have played every year; and, if they haven't, they're lying, and they actually did play.
Ew. Let me know when some REAL metal get put in. Haha. No offense to anyone, but those bands just don't seem like music to me. Haha. To me, it sounds like they're smashing their guitars, kicking the drums, and choking to death with the mic on.
If Testament likes the lineup, then it's metal. Then again, it depends on what bands you're talking about, Testament only mentioned two...
I don't like Hatebreed's studio work much, but they are excellent live. I really don't care much for the other bands. IMO, Ozzy hasn't been good since 1982.
I don't think I've ever met anyone who thought Ozzy was any good now... I don't like Hatebreed's studio work much either, but I've never seen them live so I'll have to take your word on that. Anyways, I think he might have been talking about all of the lineup... In that case, what does he consider good metal?
Ozzy's never really been the same since the plane crash. to answer your question... hahaha. I'm smelling irony.
I'm talking about bands that actually have talent. BFMV, Trivium, Metallica, Pantera, Dragonforce, Killswitch Engage, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, some more. I mean, this is all my opinion, but I love the metal bands that haven't traded in the good sound of metal, for screaming and uncoordination. It seems to me these bands are trying too hard to be considered metal. Yeah, they're heavy, but that's all. They've got no melody, no musical talent. In my opinion. Please don't scream at me or anything. haha. And the bands like Trivium and BFMV and Atreyu have good screamers. They don't sound like they're dying. They have energy.
I love things drenched in ignorance, thank you! Any way, are Nile good live? It seems to me (only evidence of this band I have is 'Ahnilation of the Wicked") they would either be the greatest or complete shit.
http://www.ozzy.com You can listen to the first single off the "Black Rain" album called "I Don't Want To Stop" on the site. You have to move the cursor so that the cross is on a certain book on the bookshelf. It's just like when Lamb of God released "Redneck" on there. You'll get a message saying that you're listening to it. Good stuff though...typical Ozzy, which is awesome.
