    Marshal arts is an exelent way to get fit mate ^_^

    I do Tai Chi, which is really good and relaxing and it increases health atributes ^_^

    Yeah same here, just buff out a lil? i don't want abs on my abs :lol:

    You need to go into the Post your picture thread and look at one of mine :p xD

    Nah, well in the past few days a few people like my friends (not on here) have been saying the workout i told them about is actually working and they can see the difference, so i thought i could try and help some people get fitter on here if they want to. Ranging from quick easy workouts to full body intense workouts. Just thought that I and anyone else who likes to workout can help others get started.

    Ne ways, more will be in the guide if it gets made.

    Dude, do it! i gained weight over the winter from all the heavy dinners and im a ballerina, and you gotta stay slim for that and im having a hard time watching what i eat...do it!!:) ill help lol

    Cool, well dancing is actually a really really really good way of getting fit and losing weight, cause if you look at all the ballet guys lol

    Cool, the guide will be for getting slim, building muscle, and i'm gonna need someone who is good at knowing which foods to eat lol

    If you want me to i can help. I mean i know what to eat, i do eat the good stuff, but i eat too much of it and i eat other stuff along with the good stuff. lol. if u want me to help, just lemme know, if not thats cool. ^_^

    Yea if you are about to work out, you need carbs to get your brain going and get your blood pumping (but not too much carbs they=extra fat) and protein. right, right?
