You have to be more specific if you want answers. For starters, file extension?

You may be making a mistake with your coding. Check to make sure your tags are closed and everything. Other than that, I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Keaton, if it was a mistake with the tags, I doubt it would be able to recognize he was trying to use the image tag, and therefore say is image was invalid.

Are you trying to use the file uploader on the bottom of the page, or are you using an image hosting service such as Photobucket or ImageShack?

When you're using the uploader on the bottom of the page, your image must be either below 19.5KB, or smaller than 500x100. You can't upload a 10KB image with the dimensions of 600x200, or a 30KB image with the dimensions of 400x90. Also, your image must be one of the valid filetypes [bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip].

If you're not using the uploader, and you uploaded it elsewhere, make sure your image tags are correct.
    HTML:
    [IMG]http://www.blah.com/blah.jpg[/IMG]
There aren't any restrictions when you're going this route, so you shouldn't have any problems if your code is right. If your code is wrong, it'll just show what your wrong code in plaintext.

    [edit]
*glare* What the hell is the point of the code tag when if it fucking renders what's in it!? I had to use the HTML tag instead... Also, I think someone might want to fix the width of those tags on the inspired skins...

It does it when you upload the image from your computer, not when you have already uploaded it somewhere.

If you're having a big problem uploading your image to your sig, just post the URL of the image here and I'll try and edit it into your sig if that will help. Just to see if I can fix the problem. :)

There you go. The image you were trying to upload was 539 pixels in width when the limit is 525, so I resized it for you and uploaded it to my image hosting service (photobucket). I recommend you save the file in your sig and upload it to photobucket and link it yourself. Any questions just ask. :)

I can't get mine to upload either way. I'm coding my link right, and it won't upload. I try saving the file, resizing it to below 19.5 kb, and then uploading it, and it won't work either. I don't get it. OMG can somebody please help me.

I bumped the limit to 50k for the image, so maybe try it again, in case the size was on the borderline or something. But images are still limited to 500x100 pixels, so make sure that's not your problem.

I assure you that's not my problem. I resized the img using Photoshop. Can I send you the link, you edit it?
