I sense sarcasm. Here, enjoy some choice Jackson sayings: “The greatest education in the world is watching the masters at work.” “I was a veteran, before I was a teenager.” “Why can't you share your bed? The most loving thing to do is to share your bed with someone. It's very charming. It's very sweet. It's what the whole world should do.” “I'm just like anyone. I cut and I bleed. And I embarass easily.” (duh) “Everyone who knows me will know the truth, which is that my children come first." (Todd's right on the money it seems) From Thinkexist.com (where more humour can be found).
Michael Jackson is a talented artist. I can't wait for his new things, and the interview with him made it seem like he was finally doing some upbeat stuff. Most of the music I've heard from him the past couple of times has been really slow, and I always liked when it was upbeat and exciting. It seems like that's what he's up for this time. And I don't know why everytime Michael Jackson is mentioned there HAS to be some molestation joke. I don't know if I'm the only one who is tired of MJ jokes or not, but it's like Napoleon Dynamite.. It was kind of funny at first, but then it got old fast. Where's the respect for this amazing musician? I, personally, think what he was doing for those children was amazing. He took these kids that were sick and literally about to die, and tried to make their lives better, and it worked. So what if he shared his bed with an 11 year old? A little kid is spending the night there and is in his guest room all alone scared out of his mind. What's so wrong with wanting to sleep in the same bed? The last family that sued him seemed to be ridiculous and focused on gaining money. If Michael Jackson really wanted to have sex with a little boy, I bet he could do it secretly. I will admit that he does have some issues, but we all have issues, and look at his past. It's not suprising. I really don't find the jokes to be funny, even as clever as they may be in this thread.
I agree with you. It's pretty ridiculous now...like, there was a point where it was funny but then there's a point where people need to learn how to control themselves and stop.
Michael Jackson is guilty. Letting little kids sleep in your bed is not normal, I don't care what you say. He's guilty as charged. Why was he found not guilty? Same reason OJ Simpson and Robert Blake were....Hollywood juries are pussies and refuse to convict a celebrity even though they're clearly guilty. And since he is guilty, we get to make jokes. And even if he isn't guilty (and that's a big if) he's still a sick fuck and sick fucks are usually the subject of jokes.
So you and Michael Jackson hang out often, I take it? EDIT: I mean to say that you know him personally...because you sure act like it.
As a matter of fact, the last people who accused him were cons and Jay Leno had reported that same exact family tried to fraudulently extort him of money in the past and even testified as such in the court room. And he isn't even really a big MJ fan, so it wasn't like he was sticking up for a musical legend or anything. The media and people like to take advantage of the fact he is 'weird' and paint him out as some kiddy rapist. I wouldn't be surprised if he never did any of that and it was all due to his weirdness and success.
Guys, it was a few harmless (and prectable at that) jokes, can we avoid the "he's guilty/not guilty" debates? Talk about the song. It's all just a matter of opinion nowadays as to whether he's guilty or not. To tell you the truth, I don't give a shit, but I don't want to start a big conversation about it. I've already mentioned that the song was different. It's actually surprisingly good.
Lol, these debates are unavoidable Mark lol. Anytime Michael Jackson is mentioned, so are little boys. Sad reality because there's always the possibility he's innocent (which I believe) but without living around Jackson 100% of the time you cant tell. MJ still has a possibility to make it big. I mean R. Kelly made some 14 year old give him oral on video and he went on to sell millions of records .
I believe that you're out of your mind to think that a 11 year old kid dying of cancer who, of course, wants to spend the night at the amazing Neverland Ranch, would want to sleep alone in a guest room in Michael Jackson's huge house. And I'm not trying to get into a debate, really. I was just pointing out that I think the jokes have gotten way too old, and then I threw my opinion on the matter out there.
I dont give a shit whether he's guilty or not (i belive he isnt). Let's not blend his personal life with his music, shall we?
