Almost three years ago on the amazing Projekt Revolution tour, Linkin Park had the opportunity to have Bert McCracken join them on Faint to sing along. There is only one or two known recordings of this, and the only public one sounds quite muffled.

Well, we finally have a video. The Used released a DVD today named "Berth", which includes a clip of Bert singing on Faint at one of the summer amphitheater shows. The show this is from is currently unknown, but several people are investigating it. Enjoy!

You may view the video here.

    Thanks to LPPanther from LPFuse!

 I just so happened to buy that DVD today. It's a great DVD if you're a fan of The Used and I loved being able to see Bert on Faint because they didn't do it at my Projekt Revolution show. I like how Bert and Chester hug and then Bert goes off the stage and starts talking to Jon Davis and puts his arm around him

I'm not sure...it could be. I'm working on finding the show.

I'm reminded of when they did that in Cleveland...so it might be Cleveland.

That video is made up of at least 2 different shows. One I can almost guarantee is the Tinley Park (Chicago), IL show on 8/07/04. I was there and it looks exactly like the Tinley Park venue, the Tweeter Center, and this may seem weird and creepy but, the band is wearing exactly what they wore at that show.

    Hm. Interesting.

The part at the end where Bert and Chester are screaming at each other is what reminded me of their Cleveland show. Chester was wearing a red shirt and that happened.

In some shots Bert is wearing a hat and in others, he isn't. There's your proof.

The venue also looks like Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheater in Atlanta, but it's not that show.

The best bet is Chicago then, since they wore the same clothes. Thanks.

does anyone have a clear mp3 version, or clear video, so we can hear the mix clearly ?

please i think it's a good featuring .... i think the dvd is the same ... no "real" clear voices ... just shows you that part and that's it

    I WANT THE MIX !!!
    As mp3
tell me even if it's will be released in a cd or something

I remember singing every words to The Used's set at one show during Projekt Revolution in Wantagh, and Bert noticed me and he pointed the mic at me and I got to sing the chorus for The Taste of Ink. It happens a lot at shows I go to, but this one had about over 5,000 people there and was on a major tour.

I don't really like Linkin Park, but that PR04 show was amazing, probably the best performance I've ever seen. Minus the annoying strobe lights during Don't Stay.

And it wasn't Jones Beach, Chester was wearing a hat during the video, but at the Jones Beach show (the Wantagh one I attended), he was hatless.
