I read the message on MySpace. Breaking something always sucks, but things can be replaced... people can't.

Your parents shouldn't be mad at you for breaking it, it's not like you did it on purpose, right?

No, I didn't do it on purpose.. but I dropped it repeatedly and da's really protective of his cameras. I told my mother on the phone, she's most probably told him by now, but I asked her not to let him on the phone with me I don't want to be yelled at.

Terrible I've broken my da's camera, come up with a shitty excuse as to why I don't feel like talking on the phone, and damnit my knee is killing me.

Ah. I cannot get this feeling of trepidation out of my stomach. What the hell am I supposed to say, "the camera dropped because i was balancing it on top of two tissue boxes placed on top of a chair, because i wanted to set the timer and take a picture of me with two empty pringles cans on my arms. and about the pringles, yeah, i opened both cans and poured everything out, and i think i mixed up the flavours when i put them back in."?

 

Damn this photo contest is proving to be mighty destructive

First the city of Winnipeg ends up being out one $400 street sign, and now you've broken your camera?
