This is all kinds of messed up Qwerty why do you hate "Iridescent" so much?

 

I really don't hate Iridescent, although I'm well aware it may now seem like it

The synths and layering of Robot Boy take the palm for me, compared to the rock piano power ballad approach of Iridescent. The 2nd is a pretty song, especially in the first half, but the gang vocals bridge has never been my favorite.

Hmm. I absolutely love all of these songs. And I believe Iridescent has some of the most emotionally beautiful verses the band have ever written. That said, out of all of these songs it's the one I find most formulaic and least musically creative. ATS is so great because of its experimentation and how the band pulls it off to create amazing songs. Ergo, sorry Iridescent. Just the cards ya been delt.
