It's not a demo title, it's the top row of the blackboard indicating probably parts of the song that have to be tracked. They probably check boxes as stuff gets tracked.
And finishing up the final tracking is just some of the work, so there are some stages to the completion of the song after that too

You guys suck at investigative journalism. The instagram post in question says "B3 topped off with some heaters from @recordjungle". Record Jungle is literally tagged in the post. Following the tag shows that Record Jungle is a record store. Google verifies this by the infinitely difficult task of typing google.com into my browser, then typing, quotation marks included, "Record Jungle". Looking up The Hunting Party, you'll see it was primarily recorded at Larrabee Studios, EastWest Studios, and Glenwood Place Studios. Google search any of those and you'll be able to take a look at all the studios and recording rooms they have. The answer is no, this is not where they recorded The Hunting Party.
It's been a minute since we posted any photos in this thread. Also, THUMB tags don't work anymore ... "Making beautiful music with these gentlemen today. @iamblackbear @andrewgoldstein" (source)
This picture gave me some hype. Chester sometime last year said something about "beautiful music". You know, i'm getting some epic vibes. Also, there's a video of Brad rocking on the acoustic guitar. The man can really be a guitar god sometimes.
Taka of One OK Rock was also in their studio the other day. Hope he's just visiting and hanging out and stuff.
I am excited of the recent amount of pics of them tracking stuff and listening back. Means they're at least halfway there. Which is awesome. Would it be too much to ask to have a real "Special Edition" of this album? LT and THP were a bit subpar on that front. Also would like a special edition to have some bonus tracks for a change (NRL, I know, but that was geographically specific)
It'll include a live DVD with footage from one of the 2014 "Hunting Party" shows that's already freely available to view in high definition on YouTube. One of the ones where every song is shortened and "Guilty" isn't played
