When it comes to sheer talent, no one comes close to Dillenger Escape Plan. Greg Puciato is without a doubt the best screamer and singer in metal & rock. Ben Weiman is the best guitarist in metal. The creativity and technicality of these dudes is unmatched. These guys have no equal. DEP just released a new single. Get ready to have your minds blown.
I wouldn't call them the "most talanted band in the world." Hell, I could name 10 bands right now that are more technically proficent. I do like them though. I would agree that Greg Puciato is one of the most talented Metal vocalists in the game. His part on Devin Townsend's The Mighty Mastubator is absolutely incredible! He's also a damn good clean singer too, as seen with The Black Queen. Kinda sucks that Dillinger is breaking up, but if that leaves Greg to have more time dedicated to The Black Queen, it's completely fine in my book.
TDEP are brilliant and so is the new single! A shame that they're breaking up... Though saying there is no one who could top (or at least rival) them is kinda exaggerated. Converge, for example, imo are just as talented and crazy (if not even more)
