I was 8 or 9, and I heard 'What I've Done' in Transformers. I remember thinking how awesome of a song it was, but I was so young I didn't care who the band was or anything like that. Then I heard In The End on Pandora, hating all the rap (because rap music is trashy :kappa: ), and really liking the chorus. Then I heard Numb. THEN I kinda knew who Linkin Park was. It wasn't until Living Things came out that I bought a Linkin Park album. I think it was on sale for around 6 dollars. I was at my last baseball tournament of the summer when I got it. The rest is HISTORY!!! I still love LP to this day, and I recently fulfilled my dream of seeing them in concert last September!

Edit: Sorry I went off on a tangent. Talking about my early LP fan era makes me happy.

Playing an X-Games skateboarding demo for PlayStation back in 2000 had A Place for My Head on its soundtrack. Borrowed the album and been on this ever since.

Walking out of the credits scene of Transformers 2 in 2009. My thoughts on New Divide as I heard the song behind me were "yeah, kinda cool, i'd like to listen to that again"

Yeah, "In The End" was the song that really got me into the band as well. Over here, it was on the radio all the damn time so I didn't even think about needing to own a copy of it, haha

Damn, it's been a long time since I heard my first LP song, I believe it was My December. My sister had it downloaded on the computer and I was hooked, but I wasn't able to get Hybrid Theory until Christmas of 2004. I listened to that CD nonstop for months.
