Oh my god, cloning of extinct species is actually possible. That is so cool. Damn me for not choosing biology. Damn you educational system that forced me to choose between two subjects I actually liked and read about on my free time and instead force me to take physics which might be interesting but feels so heavy to me. Oh my god, what I would have given to have a choice to take biology over physics.

This is so frustrating. Genetic research is something that's been very interesting to me just as much as programming but I had to choose. Now, I can never do such research,
as I wouldn't graduate in biology in high school. Instead I will graduate in physics which I don't need even to become a programmer. And I need to score 90+% in physics next month and the board physics paper isn't known to be easy.

Even if I do get overall 90-95% in everything, that's not nearly enough as my country is overflowing with people, so a lot of people will score that much and then there's the fucking quotas. Fuck this shit. What's the point, I'll score less than I want, be disappointed in myself, get a seat in an software engineering college that wouldn't be the college I want to go to, finish college, go to a generic IT company, get low salary and barely any promotion because again, there's a lot of people here and I don't really stand out from others in terms of my work.

And I know people who work those jobs, people with biotech degrees are programmers, they'll hire anyone. What's the point in any education then? And you get no freedom,say you work your ass off twelve months on your assigned software project, if your client doesn't like it, you scrape it. People work for the money, so they can get settled. I don't care about that stuff, I don't see the point in having your own family. I don't want to be forty and grumpy, hating my job, hating my life, being a general bitch to people purely out of my misery.

Why am I so fucking Cold?

 

I can not get over how fucking great Smoke + Mirrors is.

 

I just listened to it. Just wow. Great Album. I am sure it will be one of the best albums for me this year.

 

It has major flaws and some slow points in the album, especially in the first half.

But my math class got a nice taste of what Dreams sounds like yesterday after I accidentally hit the play button on my phone while I was putting my phone in my pocket. Not to mention my speakers were on full blast and the class was silent. Whoops.

 

Oh look, today's Valentine's Day, I wonder how many people are banging right this instant >__<
