^Man, I haven't even seen The Desolation of Smaug yet. ~ [thumb]http://i.huffpost.com/gen/1892492/thumbs/o-BOYHOOD-facebook.jpg[/thumb] Boyhood (2014) – Finally got around to seeing this. This film is beautiful, inspiring, sad, funny, thought-provoking, and a bunch of other things. Truly something special. 9/10
Bring Me The Horizon: Lads on Tour - 5/5 So much random crap (begins with Matt Nicholls literally taking a crap in the middle of a public park) pushed into 45 minutes. Fucking awesome. Also probably the highest amount of dicks I've ever seen in a movie that's not on pornsites.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2: 4/5 Oh i forgot how answer this ending was. Great moments and a epic, final battle. Love the dark atmosphere that its in the whole "last book". Snape
The Interview - 3 out of 5 It has some pretty funny one-liners but it's crazy over the top in its ridiculousness, especially at the end.
The Interview (2014) - 1.5/5 Seth Rogan comedies are getting a bit too predictable. Ironic usage of popular pop songs as a comedy tool really falls flat.
Live, Die, Repeat: Edge of Reality 6.5/10- This movie almost me within the first half hour and pulled me back in towards the end. Only enough to keep from turning it off though. Not too good. Also re-watched Guardians of the Galaxy. Gonna raise the score to 8.5. Enjoyed.
the interview, 7/10. pirates of the caribbean: the curse of the black pearl, 8/10. pirates of the caribbean: dead man's chest 7/10. pirates of the caribbean: at world's end, 6/10. pirates of the caribbean: on stranger tides, 5/10. the franchise seemingly loses itself as it goes on, which is a shame. although depp's performance is amazing.
Halo Nightfall Came into this with extremely low expectations, but it kept me interested till the very end. It was nice seeing each characters different morals start to show as "choices started to be made." It was also interesting how the short film played around with the theme that soldiers are like God, choosing who lives and who dies on a daily basis. I really came into this film just wanting to know what Agent Locke would be like in Halo 5, and viewers get a really good idea of Locke's personalities and morals. 6.5/10
Into the Woods- 7/10 A lot better than I was expecting. Did not know that it was going to be a musical. There were some really funny parts and then some parts that were a little slow. Overall, enjoyed the movie. Casting choice was good for this movie. Most of the songs were really good and there were a couple plot twist in here I did not see coming.
The original Broadway musical, from what I've heard, is supposed to be much darker and much more bleak than the movie.
Oh I had no idea that it was originally a Broadway production. The fact that it is darker may actually be turn off for this one because this was a lot darker than I would have liked for this movie.
