I hope they get a draw so they both can go through and Germany would still be 1st place, 'cause if the USA loses this match, Ghana will probably take their second place. I don't think Ghana has to win by 4 goals. For example, if they beat Portugal by 2-0 and Germany beats USA by 1-0 (Or Ghana 1-0, and Germany 2-0), Ghana would take the 2nd place. Bah, shitty ending to a stunning match from the US. The fucking habit of refs giving at least 5mins of stoppage to the 'marketable' team all over again. I've seen this too much and more often than not winning/drawing team crumbles over the pressure. It was bullshit. Portugal was an absolute mess at the back, Beasley bursted through endless times, Bradley and Howard had a cracker, I was totally impressed by USA's composure in midfield, they were triangling and passing with such ease and purpose, loved that Bradley cheeky backheel somewhere in there. It was classy stuff. Jones scored a belter and Bradley, no matter if it was with his dick, it counted lol. Portugal had nothing, first goal came from a defensive misfire and all Ronaldo did was shooting aimlessly and doing tantrums. Eder and Nani are trash, their back four was a mess. Costa did at least something right with that clearance on the line. Nice day overall, lots of goals from the Algeria game and Belgium-Russia an absolute mare, boring as fuck.
