As much as I fucking abhor the idea of it, im gonna start the TGWTDT over. I lost my place and cant find it again.
About to read "The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared" by Jonas Jonasson.
Don't worry. No one does. This for school? Just go to sparknotes --------- Going to start Fight Club (The book, obviously). Excited!
I never knew that Fight Club is based on a book until now. --------------------- DEAN KOONTZ: False Memory A roller coaster ride of emotions.
Just read two books called Graceling and Fire (same series) and they were really good. I enjoyed Graceling a bit more, though! But right now I'm all into the Belgariad again for uni stuff. Third book in particular: Magician's Gambit. God I love those books...
Plus, ancient Greek literature is just straight up fucking badass. I was apathetic to it as a kid, but I appreciated it all so much more after reading that stuff again in college
II had this weird moment in high school (of course it was probably a side effect of high school) where I could not just sit down and read that stuff. And before it would generally go over my head. But these days I find that old style of writing from guys like Homer so much more interesting. Even later stuff like Nietschze, Lovecraft, Tolkien have that same... idk, bravado. It's somehing I wish would find it's way into my writing.
Star Wars: Dark Lord – The Rise of Darth Vader. Plan on reading almost every of the 100+ available novels + comics. ;P
You've probably read it by now, right? Is it worth reading? Similar to Gone Girl? Because I'm looking for a good book to read, but I can't seem to select one. I enjoyed Gone Girl (Except the ending), so I thought I may read this.
The Fellowship of the Ring, STILL. I realized that I can read it despite of school and read like 80 pages this week. Almost done with Book I.
