Hey guys, some of you may remember a few years ago where Chester did a promotion called "Search With Chester" that was sponsored by a company by the name of SwagBucks. The object of the promotion was to encourage Linkin Park fans to use the 'SwagBucks' search engine where they'd be able to win "SwagBucks" to use in exchange for free band merchandise, and gift cards (Amazon, Target, Paypal etc). The goal was to "search and earn" (you randomly get paid SwagBucks from using the search engine regularly) and then for every person you referred you would get rewarded for that person's "wins" and so forth. Anyways...long story short, LPA and I drove a lot of business to SwagBucks and their Sr. Outreach Director reached out to me to see if I'd be interested in passing something along to our users. They've put me in as part of their "influencer" program, and they're offering a promo code for sign up for LPAers, to start new signups with more "swagbucks", where you start out with 100 (after completing your profile) as opposed to the usual 30. The year SearchWithChester happened I generated a ridiculous amount of SB (like 2,000+), and I bought about $150 dollars worth of Amazon gift cards and used it for Christmas and buying music. And then if you get other people to sign up, you get SB from everytime they earn SB and so forth. Yeah it's a special promo code for you guys to get extra. All you do is just use it as your search engine while you're logged in and every once and a while you'll be rewarded with swag bucks. Best part is if you refer people, everytime they win you'll get their bucks etc. Furthermore there are things you can do on the site to get extra.
The signup form where I can put the LPA code doesn't work for me. The red "Get started!" button does nothing.
