Well, the Governer is dead, so he won't be killing him. Ahh.. I want to see the events of Issue 57 on screen this spring.
From the comic. (in spoiler tags below) In the aftermath of the prison battle, Michonne comes upon Tyreese's head. She "kills" it, so to speak. She didn't want a zombified Tyreese lingering in the prison yard. My guess is that in the TV show she went back to do the same to Hershel's head. She'll meet up with Carl later.
The mid-season finale was amazing. Definitely the best episode of the whole TWD series. Can't wait to the next episode. I, and probably everyone else, have high hopes for it now, since they left the prison and they are all split up in different groups. It has a lot of potential now. I hope they don't screw it up.
SPOILERS IN INVISITAGS from this link, first question: http://blogs.amctv.com/the-walking-...-set-robert-kirkman-executive-producerwriter/ Robert Kirkman, who's writing the next episode, confirmed that Episode 9 will follow most of Volume 9 of the comic book series (the part where Rick and Carl are alone). He said this: "I’ve written Episode 3… I’m also writing Episode 9. Episode 9 will probably be the episode that’s closest to a direct adaptation from the comic book aside from the (series) premiere episode. It’s been a lot of fun for me working on them because I’m basically just rewriting something I’ve already written, which means I get to go back in and go, “Woah, what’d you do there? Let’s fix that." Although since episode 3 was pretty bad, I'm a little worried.
that got really cool. definitely re-sparked my interest. EDIT: ugh. this mid-season bullshit is really fucking annoying now.
No one is going to remember vague spoiler tinged posts when it'll finally relate to the show in four or so years.
I would ask that you either be courteous to others or I will remove you and your posts from the thread. It's not an unreasonable request to make and it's easy to accommodate.
Well that's an issue with the tag itself. It's the first I've personally heard of this issue, but I don't work on the technical side of the site. Regardless, the effort should still be made to be courteous to others with respect to potentially ruining their viewing experience. Thank you.
For those who play the Telltale Game, the first episode of Season 2, "All That Remains" is out now. EDIT: Just watched the first few minutes of the game, before the title screen.
Sorry for double posting, but since it's not here yet, might as well show this: Also, possible MEGA SPOILERS in invisitags. Some guys from Reddit posted the possible (but most unlikely) episode titles & synopses for the rest of Season 4. Link: http://www.examiner.com/article/the-walking-dead-spoilers-season-4-episode-titles-and-synopses Episode 9: "Here We Remain" - Rick and Carl stumble upon a vacant house in the forest. Meanwhile, Daryl and Beth realize they are being watched by someone, and a new threat begins to emerge. Episode 10: "Unconditionally" - Carl and Rick meet new people they find hard to trust, while some members reunite. Episode 11: "Reconciliation" - The few united fights for a grip on humanity. Meanwhile, Daryl and Beth must take action on an enemy that might not even be there. Episode 12: "Annihilation" - Rick and the group slowly draw near the face of the presumed traitor. Episode 13: "Sketch of Sin" - Rick, Daryl, and Michonne are forced to make a drastic decision that is made too late. Episode 14: "Liberation" - Unable to endure recent events, Rick and Maggie become liabilities. Michonne and Daryl then take lead. Episode 15: "Solitary" - Just after finding a safe camp, enemies attack and destroy more than lives. Episode 16: "Fear the Hunters" (highly unlikely imo) - As the group begins to degenerate, the concealed enemy slowly exhibits itself in a calamitous direction forcing the group to fight for the final straw.
I don't know, but the synopsis could be wrong. It's only a rumour, but rumours like this tend to come true, like the last two seasons.
Episode 9 is officially named "After". New promo video: Btw, in the comics RIP Holly.
"Here We Remain" would have been a nice title though. Anyway, I'm nervous about next week, since Robert Kirkman wrote it, and he also wrote what I thought was the weakest episode of the season, "Isolation".
Didn't he say the episode will be as close as the show has ever gotten to an adaptation of the comics since Days Gone Bye? He wrote both the comic and this next episode (which was not the case with Isolation), so I don't think there should be anything to worry about.
