These are audio samples for use in production of music; They collected a bunch of samples and put them in for Stagelight. We only knew they were samples from demos because they labled the .wav files under the demo names.
True...ish. It's slower than LOATR, but the vocal over it would work just fine without any obvious stretch indicators.
