That team retired a few years ago. I'm sad. :/ Still, "Krwlng" was an ambitious effort, especially with the Olympics.
Why? Remix or not, it's a beautiful song. As long as the skaters have a song that can coincide with their routine, they can use any type of song that they want to. I don't think balls have anything to do with song choice...
Generally speaking, the skaters usually use classical music I just thought it was awesome that they went out of the box with something different! Then they used a muse song! Double awesome!
