Holy shit, that's like a hybrid of both the wrong thread and the correct thread.

Exactly, plus a lot of British actors and crew where involved too, much like V For Vendetta was. And co produced by Working title (a British film company) so if it where an obscure Japanese film I'd understand. But in this case, no.

    Pitch Perfect - 3.5/5
    Funny but pretty predictable.

    The Impossible - 5/5
Holy shit, this was so heart-wrenching! Awesome movie.

Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel - 8/10

It's only about 78 minutes long, so it zips by at a nice pace. Pretty funny and entertaining British movie about time travel. Reminded me of Simon Pegg stuff.

    Lan Kwai Fong 2 - 5/10

A hot, steamy, and raunchy flick that illustrates the Hong Kong night life of the current generation; a throwaway softcore romantic endeavor on-screen.

    Triad 2012 - 6/10

A weak tribute to the famous triad films of old; Triad skims through the trials and tribulations of three ambitious youngsters who climb the ranks unto becoming the top dogs of the Hong Kong crime underworld.

    Silver Linings Playbook - 8/10

Fun, quirky, and emotionally involving. Silver Linings is not your average rom-com in the least bit. Cooper, Lawrence, DeNiro, and Tucker are a joy to watch.

    Triangle - 4/10. Complete crap.

Primer - 6/10. A little better crap. Really overhyped time travel movie with the worst narrative I've ever seen. Movie could have been great.

Summer Time Machine Blues - 7.5/10. Pretty good foreign sci-fi that has a light and funny side.

I think I watched another time travel movie too recently but can't remember. Watching these shite ones makes me appreciate Looper even more. And Timecrimes.

The Perks Of Being A Wallflower - 8/10. Great movie. I want to bone Emma Watson even more now.

    Due Date - 7/10

A thrill to watch, and extremely funny, but with no characters that are likable in any sense.

The Usual Suspects (1995) (Rewatch) - 5/5 - One of my favorite films of all time. Spacey is absolutely brilliant!

Note: Letterboxd, the movie social-network diary, is now available for the public. It also has a stupid Pro membership.

Dark Floors (2008) (the Lordi motion picture) - Most of it was pretty bad, but with some cool elements. The ending left me confused and still unsure of what was going on in the entire film. 6/10

I'm trying to remember the name of a movie/short film I saw when I was in grade school. It was based to a degree on the Third Wave experiment, where a high school class was turned into a fascist regime. It wasn't the 1981 ABC made-for-TV special though; the film and acting looked more up to date than that, as I remember. And it definitely wasn't the German adaptation. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I think it went by a totally different name.
